We deal with other insurance companies and have to recover the cost of the hire from the at fault insurance. To do this we need to review the file and gather evidence to be able to hold the TP at fault. Sometimes we do workbook projects and that is usually focused on a certain factor or insurer.
Yes I had no knowledge of dealing with insurance or making calls or working over the computer therefore I have learnt everything new.
there is some parts i enjoy and some parts of the job i do not
usually is structured well. There are parts that are not structured well and that is because of the process always changes and different rules apply making it hard to remember or learn the new process
