2 months into my programme, I'm enjoying each activity and workshop I've completed. I'm now starting to understand the final outcome of building my portfolio to assist with my final assessment.
The programme has been well organised. A full schedule of workshops for the next 22 months was provided from the start. It was reassuring to have a trainer check-in within the first 4 weeks. The tasks in the activity workbook I've found to be a little vague and perhaps more time consuming than planned, as it's taken longer to work out the requirements.
My employer is in full support of my apprenticeship
As I'm only 2 months into my apprenticeship and am yet to start my first assignment, I haven't needed to any additional support than what's already been provided through workshops and a trainer check-in. I've been reminded and I'm confident that further support would be available if needed in the future.
The qualification so far has made me more aware of the HR activities of our dealer group, and to be more vigilant of ethical behaviours
