my job role involves answering customers queries and concerns to do with their payroll software
I have developed my customer service skills a lot during my time at Sage, along side my English and maths having to talk to customers all day and make quick but detailed case notes
i enjoy the programme i am in, with a balance of classroom learning and completing the job role
Sage is very well organised, with clear internal structures with teams and different departments
I receive a lot of support from my employer
any support i need from my training provider is given to me
some of the training I received is useful to my role
there are some sports events held by other colleagues in Sage
