Undertaking EUC Controls Assurance Testing across finance to ensure relevant controls are in place and provided feedback based on models. Taking initiative to revise over processes and optimise / make efficiencies where possible Undertaken Intermediate Excel Training to develop strong analytical skills

I enjoyed the programme as I was able to meet with all apprentices across the business easily and build relationships based on similar experiences.
It was very well organised and structured into modules with each month being a module

Yes - there are many networking / social events tailored toward apprentices at the time and this allowed us to become friends with other apprentices and attending social events together

The apprentice support and exposure is brilliant
Even if they aren't sure if the role is suited to them, they are able to easily transfer to work out what suits them best
