My role as a maintenance mechatronics technician is to focus on carrying out planned preventative maintenance on the line and planning jobs to fix and improve the production line in order to make it more efficient and safer.
In my time here I have developed many new skills, especially using hand tools in order to carry out tasks.
I enjoy it my programme as there is something new every day so the job role is challenging and doesn't get stale.
The structure is organised and I feel like the programme has improved since I have been here
I receive support from my employer if I need it and it is offered in many different forms.
The AMRC is a great provider and they provide a lot of support in order to help me achieve my qualifications.
I feel like the qualification through the AMRC helps me perform better as it gives me a base knowledge which I can use when working in my role.
