How to communicate in a professional manner
I really enjoy the programme. It has allowed me to become more confident and learn new skills I would not have learnt if I was not doing this apprenticeship
My programme is organised however communication could be better
I receive so much support from my Line manager. She is really supportive and pushes me to reach higher more than I thought I could
I receive quite a bit of support depending on tutors for each module. They allow me to send drafts and have 1:2:1 before I submit my assignmnets
When being taught each module I can see the link between my learning and my job role allowing me to make sense of what i'm doing day to day
I am involved in future careers development team which is helping to get the experience that I need. I also do Upreach mentoring a university student and I am a apprentice buddy welcoming 2 new apprentices for 2024 cohort
Yes
Support is good! Great flexibility with hours and good pay
Just be yourself!!!!!
