  • i review claims of motor accidents and recover money for the credit hire provided to our client after the incident

  • yes, i have developed better customer service skills and improved my confidence significantly throughout my time here

  • i feel that doing an apprenticeship has been the best route for my education for this past year and have thoroughly enjoyed the work i have done throughout

  • the programme has given clear and consistent deadlines for work and has put in adequate training and additional tutoring when needed

  • i have received support through my employer throughout this period, however i feel that this could be slightly improved by offering more time within the work week to complete the necessary course work

  • the support i have received from my tutor has been brilliant, she has helped me improve the work i have done and made sure i am hitting all targets when doing projects

  • i feel that my apprenticeship has helped me go into much more depth of what my job role consists of and has helped me understand the reasons behind the processes we take

  • we partake in an annual charity football match against our office in Egham, there are also alot of events that employees go to when promoting apprenticeships or internships to the general public

  • Yes

  • enterprise has provided me with a good insight as to what the world of office work is like. it has provided a good stepping stone into the beginning of my career

  • note down as much as you can in your probationary period, no matter how insignificant it may seem
