I am involved in running reports, sending out internal communications, preparing presentations, updating spreadsheets and getting involved in understanding the products we design and build.
Developed my communication, administration and collaboration.
I was anxious coming into such a big company, but within the first few days everything i was worried about had disappeared. The company and individual teams all make me feel welcome and encourage me to develop my understanding and skills daily. I really enjoy my apprenticeship.
We have regular contact with our function lead, cohorts and have clear deadlines and structure to my apprenticeship.
I have lots of support from my employer and anytime i have reached out for help i have always been acknowledged and helped.
My training provider is continually looking for areas to improve the service they offer and this continues to exceed my expectations.
Because my apprenticeship is so well structured i have clear levels of attainment to progress. Within my apprenticeship i go into placements that could be the job i could exit my apprenticeship from, so allowing me to experience the placements gives me an insight into the job i may have at the end.
I take part in STEAM club and have been made aware of the apprenticeship council that runs different social events.

Be confident in yourself and your abilities. Research the different areas that you are interested in and think about work experience before applying. This could give you an insight into an area you might not have thought to apply for.
