In BAE I have been given high responsibility roles. This involves managing projects, document handling, Networking to other departments/ customers. Roles are catered to individual wants and I am able to complete work that interests me.
I have learnt amazing skills such as communication skills (non verbal + verbal), time management skills, organisation skills, IT skills and importance of planning and being prepared.
I couldn't recommend the programme enough, very catered to the individual, this role has so many opportunities to progress.
The programme is very organised. Learning is scheduled every week, support to guide along the way. BAE have their own early careers to provide the extra support and plan the best outcomes for individuals.
Full support from employers, they are always happy to help me succeed and I have learnt so much being in the work place and learning along the way, developing incredible skills. My confidence has grown so much since working here.
Full support. If there is ever a time I need more time to complete my work, BAE are very supportive and will provide as much time as we need. In addition to our 7 hours in the working week to the qualification.
I am learning new ways to evolve my skills in the workplace. The qualification makes me more confident I can be professional as well as learning to skills I constantly apply to my work.
There are many networking events. After work some host social activities for occasions. BAE also put all apprentices in outward bounds which develops team building skills. This is also a time to network with other apprentices within the business.
Yes
I have recommended BAE to many of my friends as there's a good work ethic, great work environment where individuals are happy to help. Many career paths to choose from also.
Be yourself!
