I do engineering based activities on a daily basis with a lot of CAD work.
I have been able to develop my CAD skills, problem solving skills and teamwork skills.
I really enjoy my programme.
My programme is very well organised and structured.
I receive a lot of support from my employer on a daily basis.
My training provider gives us enough support to learn the content. They also rely on us to learn and practice for ourselves.
It provides me with more engineering based knowledge and can help me to make more efficient solutions to engineering problems.
Very frequent professional networking events and some less formal events gives me the opportunity to speak with new people. STEM activities also allow me to tell the youth about my experiences. Local rugby teams.

BAE provides a very stable apprenticeship programme which slowly allows the apprentice to progress in his career. They will be surrounded by loads of other apprentices with similar experience to what they will be getting.
Ensure you do as many STEM based activities (extra) so you can add more to your CV when applying.
