The position is rotational based where you will be moved around the company to experience many different aspects of the job such as Lab testing which i am in currently.
I have learnt several new skills such as how to operate in the business as well as improving professional skills working with different aspects of the company.
I have been enjoying the programme a lot as they make every effort to get you involved with tasks you find interesting whilst also offering new opportunities to you.
The programme is quite well structured with plans for your programme explained at the start with every effort to tailor the programme in some way to yourself.
I have recieved lots of support throughout the programme such as with with University as well as through out my day to day. Everyone is very freindly
We receive a lot of support from our provider through weekly catch ups as well as with the welcoming atmosphere as everyone in the company will try to help you in whatever way they can.
I feel it has helped me greatly in understanding the finer details of the role as well as how to operate within the company.
There are several networking events and senior leader talks offered to employees throughout the year and can be viewed when convenient through recorded sessions making these called easily accessible no matter your work load.

From what I've experience so far its a extremely welcoming company with a extremely helpful and friendly workforce who will make you feel part of the team.
When applying for a position make sure you let them know what you are interested as if they can they will include it in your programme. Such as how i am now involved with the prototyping team.
