As a degree apprentice, I go around various placements to gain as much understanding a knowledge on all topics to hit KSBs.
I have developed skills in programming and data.
I enjoy my programme very well - highly recommend.
The programme is very well structured - allowing time to have days of study for my degree.
I receive a lot of support from my employer - both for work reasons and acedemic.
I am given much support on qualifications with my training provider - being given apprenticeship coaches to track progress and wellbeing.
With learning new skills within modules, for example programming, it will help me perform much better within my role.
We can get involved in STRETCH activities to further our skillsets.
