Numerous placements across different teams, giving me broad experience on engineering. Currently in placement with the site safety case team this involves document writing, peer review and other related tasks to further my understanding and experience within this team.
Yes, professional writing as well as my engineering understanding has improved greatly with helpful teams to be a part of and plenty of supporting staff.

Great & diverse company, with friendly staff and plenty of other apprentices around the business you don't feel like you stand out from the crowd for being and apprentice compared to companies where there are much fewer apprentices.
Get in contact with the "local support group" a independent group largely made up of BAE apprentices and graduates who made large moves for the opportunity to work and use their experience do help and give advice to others looking to do the same.
