Learnt new and developed existing skills through Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship
I enjoyed the workshops and our trainer, struggled with the amount of work to do alongside normal job.
It is organized and structured, can fall behind with the amount of work given.
Supervisor gave support and time away from the role to allow me to catch up on my pareto work
Lots of support from trainer and skills coaches
I believe it has improved my decision making, helps me handle difficult conversations and situations and has improved my review writing
