as sewing apprentices we are currently working in placements which involves training
on our apprenticeship we do learn different skills everyday which involves to do the every day basics, social skills and many more
I enjoy this program as there are multilabel different thing to do and we are constantly moving around the factory and trying different things, different placements , different opportunities
with the apprenticeship we are leaving different knowledge skills as we are having practical and theory lessons to get a better understanding.
we receive a lot of support from our college (graham) as he helps us with multilabel different things which our work place dose as well managers, process supporters and our team leaders.
as part of my apprenticeship I am encouraged to do functional skills which gives me some support as so do other staff members at Chichester collage our tutor and out sewing teacher.
I enjoy this apprenticeship as teachers give u a lot of support and so do the manages they also give u a lot of help as well which helps me to perform better in my workplace and in collage
we do school events , charity events, and some outside events, the green goblin

as Rolls-Royce has helped me a lot and supported me through a lot
just to go for it as they have so many opportunities its not just a factory u can go far and u get paid to learn
