Get to work for the correct time, leaving myself some time to get to my working station and begin working when expected. Put my bags and jacket away in my locker then go get my working gloves from the supplies cabinet. After that then I go to my working station for the day, have a little brief about what's happening that day and then go to my specific working bench to begin the days work. I have a specific load of tasks to do and tact time to follow by. I have someone currently shadowing me while I'm working and two others around the other side of the bench doing their jobs. First Break is at 8:38-8:58 and then my lunch break is 11:28-11:53 and I finish work at 14:30.
i have learnt so many skills, not just practical skills but increased social skills and confidence too.
