I head up the growth and business development for our company with a specialism in defence and apprenticeship. I set strategy to fit our line of business into our wider organisation and manage the team to achieve our OKRs
Absolutely. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. In particular learning about how to launch a product or service into a new country has been particularly helpful
I have fell back in love with learning, with the support and encouragement of my employer, learning and applying new knowledge skills and behaviour to influence our organisation
The structure of the programme is logical
My employer has been fantastic. I was given not only a mentor but also a mentor within the executive of the company. The support from our apprenticeship team has been world class. It’s by far the best part of the programme for me
It was the part of the program I was most disappointed with. It varied from fantastic to non existent, particularly in relations to epa
I’m living it daily. From setting strategy to leading in global growth project that are of global significance. I would not be doing this without the knowledge and skills I gained on programme. Most of all, I think differently and that has been really rewarding
There are but I work from home
Yes
It’s a fantastic place to work, an employer who genuinely cares and rewards it staff. You can grow here and they support you to do it.
Just do it. The scope of the organisation is so vast the sky is the limit as to what you can achieve
