On a work day, You would be on site at Rolls-Royce within your home department where you will be working on a specific station where you will be learning the fundamentals of how to complete the tasks that are required of you to on that area. you will be working with your peers/ co-workers who will be there to help and support you throughout the day.
During my time that i have been with the company i have learned vital skills i need to be able to complete the task to the standards required of me, as well as i have developed my communicational skills with working around my co workers.
I really enjoy the program I am working on it has been a great opportunity to be able to work and learn doing job I really enjoy being able to do on a daily basis
I would say the program has a organised structure there was a few rough spots at the start of the apprenticeship with organization for where we were meant to be but as time has gone on it has improved massively as the course has gone on
the support I have received from my employer has been amazing. I have received support throughout my apprenticeship with my academic and mental health to help me manage and receive any addition help i may have required during my apprenticeship.
I have received a lot support from my training provider while working towards my qualification, I have been given a lot of resources and information to help me with tasks and questions I have had to answer though each unit and have had any questions and queries answered in ways that i am able to understand and help me fully understand the tasks at hand
i feel that the training i have had through my qualification has benefited me in my role as i have had a greater understanding of how my role impacts the production and has given me skills i have been able to transfer into the daily tasks i have to complete as part of my role.
As part of the apprentice network there are a variety of activities that you are able to take part in this could be things such as the apprentice football matches that happen throughout the year as well as school activities such as the green goblin kit car projects, but as a whole there is a variety of different activities that you can partake in
Yes
I would recommend the company to a friend as the company offers a variety of different entry points such as engineering leatherworking, wood working and sewing. as well as all of the office jobs as well so there is many different jobs available within the company
Go in with an open mind as there is a lot to the company within the history and the development as it expands. the company hold to the prestigious standards as a luxury car brand and would expect its employees to represent the brand in high regards when representing the uniform or in conversation.
