I work on a commercial team for a bank, I manage forecasts and budgets whilst working along side project managers.
Yes many new skills: Communication Agility Leadership Courage Public speaking And lots more!
It’s okay. Education side of it can get a little monotonous but the actual daily work is interesting and challenging.
Very well organised. There is a platform which facilitates submissions and learning assignments
Lots. My foundation manager pushes me in the right direction and supports me with my concerns and issues.
Lots. They want us to pass with flying colours so support is always provided when we need it.
The consulting qualification gives an overall view of the skills you need as a management consultant. We learn many skills so some of them are relevant to the role.
This is where IBM fails in my opinion. The social scene isn’t great considering we chose not to go to university. There should be more things going on, provided by the company for networking and socialising.
Yes
It’s a good company if you like their culture. It’s not for everyone’s taste though.
