I work as part of a team involved with the upkeep of naval vessels.
Furthered my knowledge with CAD software. how to work well with others.
i enjoy the range of work i am able to complete. the tasks vary from one and other.
very well structured, there are progressive tasks as well as more responcibilty given throughout apprenticeship.
there are a range of program available to ensure all members of staff are supported in a range of areas from mental health to general wellbeing.
there is a large amount of support received from the training provider to ensure no one is left behind and to ensure everyone is coping well with tasks.
the addition of the HNC has ensured I am able to understand the technical side of my job role.
there are a range of STEM activities available to anyone as well as after work clubs.
