I’m a front of house team member working in a restaurant
when I started I wasn’t confident as I was unsure about what I was doing. I can now successfully working on how to take orders on iPads, can talk to customers correctly, learnt the layout of the pub and restaurant area correctly.
I’m currently enjoying my time here as I’ve progressed a lot
I believe it’s well organised and structured
A lot of support and guidance on the newer subjects and some older topics aswell!!
I’ve received a lot of support and help during the qualification process and I’ve also learnt a lot aswell during my time here.
I’ve learnt how to be more confident during my job and I feel like the things I learn during progress catch ups really help me away from work and during work aswell.
We do run charity events from time to time
Yes
