  • As an electrical engineering apprentice, my day-to-day involves assisting with design and testing products, maintaining documentation, ensuring safety compliance, and focusing on my professional development.

  • Highly organised and structured, despite being a deaf apprentice, which is uncommon in my field. I appreciate the efforts they put into my development. Collaboration is essential at this juncture.

  • I appreciate their apprenticeship programme as it helps me perform better. They provide my support needs such as BSL interpreters by order to communicate with my colleagues and everyone else. I learn new things everyday.
