I am a manufacturing technician apprentice and I offer engineering advice to the operators.

I really enjoy my programme.
It is fairly well organised as there is a clear roadmap throughout the apprenticeship.
I receive support whenever I ask for it.
I receive lots of feedback which helps support with my assignments.
My qualification helps me understand systems better when I am performing my job role as I have a basic knowledge of the theory behind the different systems.
There are multiple extra-curricular activities to get involved with at work including open evenings and helping the newer intake of apprentices each year.
