As Branch Manager, my primary job is to lead team to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring they proactively promote relevant products and services, while following both internal and regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
The key skill I have learned and continuing to develop is self-awareness, and the impact that individual actions have on the wider team. Preparation and subsequent reflection around this area is a continuous cycle.
Very enjoyable, all modules are designed to look at how your organisation currently operates and encourages you to make enhancements which I find very motivational.
The programme is very well structured, the weekly sessions follow logically and support learning.
Feel well supported as I both get the time required to complete the work, and also brilliant support by other functions/departments within the organisation, especially when reaching out for specialist support and guidance.

The qualification definitely improved my performance, it has increased my knowledge skills and behaviour within my existing role and I now approach any tasks/activities from multiple different angles to get the best solution.

As a mutual organisation, they are predominately a customer focused organisation that allows them to take a greater focus on helping people/individuals instead, not just profit.
My key tips would be make sure you maintain a positive mindset, are continuously focussed on doing the right thing for the right reasons, challenge appropriately while maintaining a risk-based grounding.
