I do enjoy it, the work changes every 6 months so always something new. Some of the work is not as engaging as other bits.
The programme is okay, the overall structure is suitable in terms of work and placement is good and the education is split up well. The information gathering for the end point assessment is not as clear as it could be.
lots, we have a lot of contact with our apprentice leads and our feedback is quickly worked on.

In our third and fourth years, we cover more complex electrical systems topics. these will help with my work a lot. currently, the project management topics are the most beneficial.
i am part of the social committee for my site and host a sports social weekly.
