I lead on health and safety compliance. This covers building safety, employees safety, shoots and events.
Definitely. New skills, tools and techniques which I have already started to embed into my every day working life. It's such a great opportunity to learn, then apply it into your own role.
At the start, it's very intense with the amount of reading and work you need to complete. It's difficult at times to balance learning and work. But I really enjoyed learning and the relationship I've built with my coach.
I do feel like it's organised and structured. The course includes 4 modules, with multiple missions within each module. It's good that you check in at regular intervals with your coach. Sometimes the events aren't always aligned to where you currently are, but that's understandable when there are so much cohorts.
My employer and line manager has been very supportive. Personal development is very important to my manager, and it was always a priority. We even have it as an agenda point for our weekly 1:1s.
My coach is fantastic. I feel very supported.
I've already started to benefit from what I have learnt, so definitely feel like it's helping me to perform better. It's helped me understand why you do and act in a certain way. It's strengthened my understanding. I think it also supports in your personal life - knowing your personality traits for example.
The team have been fantastic. Monthly events, Teams catch ups, social events, Teams group chat holding lots of resources.
