  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • At the start, it's very intense with the amount of reading and work you need to complete. It's difficult at times to balance learning and work. But I really enjoyed learning and the relationship I've built with my coach.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I do feel like it's organised and structured. The course includes 4 modules, with multiple missions within each module. It's good that you check in at regular intervals with your coach. Sometimes the events aren't always aligned to where you currently are, but that's understandable when there are so much cohorts.

It's strengthened my understanding. I think it also supports in your personal life - knowing your personality traits for example.
