  • Creating daily tracking and performance reports, weekly and monthly performance reports on customer service and network scores, liaison between external customers and data presentation for external meetings, providing various dashboards for internal stakeholders

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, I have developed further knowledge on Excel functions, relationship building, how to use reporting systems and how to extract data needed for my own report building, how to present data and cleanse charts etc

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It trusts me to do my own learning without having to be constantly micromanaged, also tutors are great in explaining new materials and the pace of the material is good. I am also able to access extra material.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The modules are well structured in themselves, however the timeline of them being taught could have been better put together - for example the discussion on EPA would make more sense towards the end of programme than the middle.

  • Full support from my line manager and department.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Monthly meetings on the progress, the feedback provided in the meetings is substantial and coherent. One star off the score as I had my course coach change in the middle of the programme therefore feedback to me has changed and is different from when i started

  • I am gaining more skills and knowledge that I am able to apply to day-to-day work as well as work on new projects.

  • There are but they are all for office workers, not home workers.

  • I have been working in this company for nearly 6 years and it offers so much opportunities for professional growth, networking and career progression.

  • To be open about career goals, ensure that you align yourself with the founding values and understand that nothing comes easy, hard work is rewarded, initiative and new ideas always are appreciated
