I have learnt a lot of new skills such as time management, self awareness, learning styles to name a few
The only thing for me that has been a hardship is filling the time on learning log - and I have felt the modules have been somewhat similar in a few instances which has been demotivating
It's very much a quick overview and discussion on the next topic and get on with it which at first after being out of the academic field for a number of years took a while to get back into.
A lot!
Very basic, as I said overview on what the next topic was on and some reading material and left to it. I did reach out once to ensure that my assignment was okay before submission but was given minimal feedback.
I think the modules have helped me in my role - but i think a lot of that has come from the seminars within my company have helped me more so.
We have networking events that we can attend where applicable but a lot of of our working network is working from home so this can be harder to orchestrate.
Yes
I have worked with the company for a number of years and can honestly say I have had so much support from all of my managers and from teams outside of this. I feel encouraged, heard and feel like and asset.
Ensure you have the drive to succeed, learn, listen and be a team player, don't be afraid to ask questions and reach out for help and you will go far.
