I work in recruitment marketing and help to manage our life@sage pages> I create most of the content that is published on these platforms and they are colleague led stories that showcase the experiences of colleagues at Sage which builds the visibility and awareness of our employer brand. I also run Glassdoor review campaigns internally to encourage review volumes and I manage our Glassdoor profile including responding to reviews.
Yes. Really enhanced my marketing knowledge and have developed my social media skills/general communication skills
I enjoy the learnings quite a bit.
Very well structured.
My manager is very involved in my progress and gives me the time I need to concentrate on my school work
All the support I need. My skills coach is incredible and so is the rest of QA. I have regular support calls with them too as I might have ADHD and they've been very supportive so far.
It definitely does. It helps me understand my job better and also my shortcomings which helps me develop in my role
I am part of our Pride Network - I am one of the Newcastle leads.
Yes
In summary, they really care about people.
Be yourself and show up with your best foot forward. It does not matter if you feel like your best is not 'the best.' Sage hires people for who they believe they can become not necessarily who they are at a given point in time.
