Outward bounds in the first year but after that not really

It’s a good apprenticeship qualifications wise so I’d recommend it for that however due to its poor organisation which was especially noticed in the second year it can be uncertain at times what will be the outcome after the end of the apprenticeship
Make sure you know what you want out of your career before joining
