My role involves working as an apprentice under a team within the company. Your role changes each year due to you working under a different team each year. This means the activities you get up to during the scheme are always changing.
This year I have learnt multiple software tools and my professional social skills have massively increased. I have learnt how to present to large groups of people due to the confidence the company encourages you to have when pushing you in different tasks.
