  • Morning huddle to discuss our goals for the day and highlight any problems or opportunities. Take calls from customers and help solve any issues or answer any queries they have about their payroll

  • I have gained more trouble shooting skills, team working and tailor myself to the customers needs.

  • I love it! It is a great company to work for as every day is different and the people are so kind

  • The program is really well structured as it is very specific to my job. This is evident through the assignments we have as we have to tailer them to our role

  • So much support! Through 1-2-1s, my manager listening into my calls.

  • My training provider is great, always quick to answer my queries and always offers to give extra help if I need any

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me learn about the different customer types which helps me tailor my call to their needs. For example, a driver customer may feel more confident with the payroll where as an amiable customer may need a bit of a hand holding experience

  • We have Sage foundation days where we do work for an organisation. I once helped create a path for kids in a woodland area.
