My main day to day role includes collating insurance documents together for the account executives to send to clients and working on clients claims to help resolve them as quickly as possible. I also help out with accounts tasks such as chasing clients and insurers for payments.
Yes I now feel much more confident when talking to clients on the phone, which i had never done before.
I am really enjoying my programme.
It is very well organised - my apprenticeship tasks are set out clearly for me on bud. At work my tasks/ training are also very well organised.
I receive a lot of support from my manager. I can always ask her/ anyone else for help very easily.
I have 6 weekly meetings to catch up with my learning supporter so she can help me with any work.
Some of the work we do does help a lot with my knowledge at work, however some of it isn't applicable.
Yes, we have a dedicated team to organise social events.

The work environment is very nice and everyone is very friendly. You can get support from managers easily, and you also learn a lot.
