I work on different project across different business and customers in the National Security sector
Through the extensive training and university lectures I have developed problem-solving, critical thinking and expanded upon social and networking skills
BAE (DI) is a great place to work with extensive support networks, and a great sense of purpose and an amazing benifits package
There are countless apprentice and future talent support groups as well as career managers and social event all of which are great for support
Due to the nature of some of the work it can be hard to properly articulate and prove completion of some KSBs. But BAE are aware of this and work extensively to mitigate this
With frequent meetings between the Uni, my manager, and me it enables everyone to be aware of what KSBs i have to work towards
BAE has many social teams, both for all employees and Apprentice/Graduate specifc
Yes
completely flexible working, a great, highly motivated group of people to work with
I know its hard, but do research into the specific area of the business you are applying to, this will not only demonstrate your interest but also help you tailor your application to fit their requirements. Also try to showcase any transferable skills and experiences you have. This could include teamwork, problem-solving, technical skills, or relevant coursework. And lastly Stay positive and persistent: Competition for apprenticeships can be tough, so don't get discouraged if you don't get selected on your first attempt.
