Leading and motivating my team, directing daily activities to achieve results and ensure excellent file handling standards are maintained , communicating results, targets and vision to stakeholders at all levels and continual analysis of my team's performance.
Yes, during my time here I have learned and developed many new skills. Particularly with Microsoft Office Products.
I am enjoying learning new things and putting them into practice.
My tutor is fantastic and very organised. She has helped to make my journey so far smooth running.
I am given 6 hours a week to work on my apprenticeship.
I have meetings with my tutor once every 4-6 weeks.
The qualification helps me to understand real life scenarios in the work place to a much deeper level.
There are some but it would be good if we had a football team, even if it was just to train/have a bit of fun once a week and get to know new faces outside of the office whilst keeping fit at the same time.
