Monitor and assist the team in daily duties giving guidance and coaching to better performance. Innovate to close skills gaps and improve productivity.
Yes to both, I have learnt to be more self aware and be more emotionally intelligent. How to better manage change to have it be a smoother transition with a clarity of the the goal and how best to communicate this with stakeholders.
I have really enjoyed it, I feel that it has a large positive impact in my life both professionally and personally. The enhanced time management skills alone have made it worth it. I am far more confident at my job than I was at the start
Pretty well structered, we are given enough guidance and time to plan, process and complete our assignments. As new learnt skills started to kick in it only got easier.
My employer has supported with time, resources and relevant internal modules to help bolster the learning
We get given a short power point with notes and some workbooks which are relevant to the lesson and enough writing guidance to give the right answers. I have not asked for support outside of this so cannot comment on how the adhoc support is.
Its been extremely relevant to my role and it was quick to have a positive impact on my day to day and the whole team have benefited

Because in my entire working life no other company have invested in as much time, energy and money into my development. Being outside of your comfort zone can be good for you.
