Lead a robust and responsive Associate strategy which equips them to respond to business needs and the changing VQ landscape. Identify and lead on business improvement opportunities relating to the use of Associates. Ensure vocational qualification standards, including regulatory, assessment and quality aspects are considered alongside operational parameters. Maintain a strategic overview of internal assessment activities relating to certification blocks and special considerations.
