  • Perform maintenance task on the British Airways fleet and gain the knowledge required to become a aircraft maintenance engineer.

  • Plenty. Both practical skills related to maintenance tasks and the knowledge required to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.

  • I love my job. Everyday is different and I’m always learning new things.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Quite well structured. As with any jobs things don’t always go to plan but we are usually set clear goals and time frames giving good structure to the course.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • They’re generally very supportive. They provide housing throughout the first year and a great and accounting for your personal requests and needs.

  • They are very supportive and provide pretty much everything we need to succeed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualifications provide me with vital knowledge regarding aircraft and there maintenance enabling me to perform my job too a higher standard.

  • Lot of opportunities outside of work within the company. Nothing is mandatory but it’s there for those that want it.

  • Easily the best job I’ve ever had!

  • Be yourself in the interview and also be prepared to answer questions related to hand skills and basic technical knowledge.
