My role in my current placement involves creating lots of different packs and creating many different tackers.
I have learnt many new skills particularly in leadership and communication. I also have further developed existing skills such as team work since starting my apprenticeship
I really enjoy my programme. I think i have opportunities to grow through moving around the business and there is lots of support available.
Quite well organised especially due to the size.
I receive support from every direction but early careers in particular is a great support system for apprentices within the organisation.
There support but not lots but this could be due to the volume of apprentices i guess.
Training allows me to put knowledge into practice and see the bigger picture and allows to to continuously develop to become a more well rounded employee.
Yes, we have apprentice socials, book clubs, networking events.
Yes
BAE is s supportive place to work with lots of different opportunities to develop and succeed
Just apply. There's no harm in apply, even if you live away there support in place to do things such as house shares ect. Also, don't be nervous, especially in the interview, just be yourself :)
