I am a pensions administrator. On a day to day basis, I correspond with members of a pension scheme via post, email or telephone call. I deal with query's of members i.e what is my current pension figures.
Whilst working and learning I have developed my knowledge and skills such as new English and Mathematics skills.
I enjoy working with my team and the apprentices. It's a good experience to get to know others from different cities.
At the beginning, I felt there was no urgency from the Training providers to start the programme but once we was introduced, I understood for the delay as they just wanted us to settle in to the team and work environment.
My employer supports me to the extent where I do not have to ask for more. They will attend to my every need.
My Training provider always gives feedback on how I can improve on my knowledge and understanding in the work and pensions.
It gives me more understanding of the work I do and enables me to perform better as I have more understanding.
WTW provide volunteer days and social events so that everyone can get involved with each other.
