I work in Submarine Support and work alongside Change Management. I also study a degree in Project Management.
I have built my confidence through speaking to new people and I now know how to use more technical softwares.
I really enjoy both the university and placement side of things.
Very well-structured - we know about everything going on well in advance.
I receive lots of support - my line manager is always asking if I need any help and I know where to go for more support if needed.
Enough support - sometimes I wish there was more (such as when they don't reply to Q&As quickly), however I have found it easy enough to research into my questions.
Very well - the modules link perfectly with the work I complete in my placement, such as stakeholder engagement and project planning.
There are plenty of STRETCH opportunities and networking events for apprentices.
