My role within the business is planning, I have 6 monthly long placement for the next 3 years where I can see different parts of the business and what they all have to offer.
Yes I have learnt lots of new planning skills, I have built and developed on my IT Skills. I have also developed on the different knowledge, skills and behaviours.
I really enjoy my programme and to what it has already offered me, I feel like over the next years it will continue to offer me a lot more.
It is well organised, with lots of training in place and also placements organised well.
I receive a lot of support from the employer, I have a skills coach, functional lead and also my line manager who I can all go to for support.
I get a good amount of support when training comes up, the trainer is very supported and you know and can learn a lot of the different courses.
You get to learn more skills and knowledge which I can then put into my role and use them throughout my apprenticeship.
I can do Stretch activities which is classed as of the job hours which is where we can do different activities/jobs, with different people from around the business.
Yes
Because it is a really good business to work for, it offers you a lot of opportunities to grow. You are very supported throughout your time as an apprentice.
