I am an engineering technician and my job role involves planning, quality, production improvement and tooling.
Yes
I would recommend BMW group because I have learnt a lot from the apprenticeship and I enjoy the role. BMW gives lots of opportunities to its apprentices to network across the business via the move program and the apprentice newsletter team. This apprenticeship has a wide variety of roles and you are always learning.
I would tell candidates to be confident when applying and to be themselves. If you get to the interview stage make sure you talk to all the people around you and ask questions. I would advise that you put your best foot forwards and come across confident.
