Experiencing all of the different parts of an IT department to figure out what role I would like to have in the future.
Learnt how to use all of the different tools used and utilised within the department
I enjoy that I am able to experience all of the different parts of the IT department to learn how they interconnect before choosing what I would like to do for a career.
The programme is still in it early stages of running in this format so is reasonably well structured but could be improve slightly.
Receive support from both a HR point of view and a department point of view.
Given lots of time to be able to complete university assignments within work hours.
Lots of different communities to join almost one for anything. Involved in lots of outreach events locally which are a go start to go and speak to those interested in these routes as well.
