I have learnt so much through working with Mondelez. I am now completely comfortable chairing meetings, presenting training and development sessions, working with new systems, how to investigate a case, how to manage multiple stakeholders, support multiple peers and employees.
It was fantastic I cannot fault it to be honest, the support provided by Mondelez has been sensational. They really set you up for success and have a clear succession path for you.
There are designated people in the organization to support the structure of your placement moves and liaising with the university.
As much as I need! They are fantastic! There is always someone on hand!
