I construct and deliver mental health awareness and ED&I training, conduct skills gap analysis for training needs. I am responsible for ensuring the training budget is adhered to and liaising with training providers. I manage the LMS to ensure accuracy in training records. I providing training documentation and support in internal and external audits.
I have learned to have more confidence, being more meticulous in detail and how my department operates in organisations.
The programme is fantastic and i have enjoyed it very much and appreciated the knowledge and skills they have given me.
Some of the assignment dates clash with the modules, but apart from that it is well structured and informative.
The training provider is extremely supportive and responsive when i have needed them.
It has taught me new people skills and how to better perform in my role.
