  • Acquiring a deep understanding of IT products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value in preparation for future clients Complete tasks/ join projects within the apprentice and sales team to increase my knowledge in sales strategies, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management techniques

  • I feel like I've learnt good critical thinking skills from the programme so far. This apprenticeship has also help me learn and develop my professional skills. Whether that be time management, powerpoint skills, working within a professional environment and etiquette.

  • I really enjoy my programme. I believe it offers a wide range of experiences and skills, from attending customer meetings and sales events to working on projects and completing university work to develop your skills and understanding as a sales person

  • I feel like I receive a lot of personalised support from my employer on a frequent basis.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are plenty of social activities and events to join at work. I am currently with the BWN (Business Women Network) which has been an amazing experience so far and a great opportunity to connect with likeminded women and raise awareness through events.

  • Yes

  • I believe that is has an amazing work culture as well as endless opportunities to really grow you career within the many different industries in the company


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SAP?
  • I'd say to try and be your authentic self as well as be open minded as SAP offers a lot of different opportunities and foster a friendly work environment which are acceptable to all different types of people and personalities.
