i have learnt to be more patient with people and to be empathetic at all times.
I enjoy the programme very much and hope to continue this as a long term career progressing up the ladder at NatWest.
the programme is structured well, it can sometimes feel overwhelming when you get sent new work to do but as long as you remain organised and on top of it all then its great.
a lot of support especially when serious home situations occur and need to take some emergency time off.
yes LTSB have a work coach that keeps in the loop and up to date on all of us who is great, our Team leader doesn't help as much just helps us key time off and lets us get on with it.
yes definitely helps to perform better as it gradually eases you in to the role making it a comforting process where you feel like you know what your doing when you get started so definitely helps with nerves.
there is charity evenings hosted by teams regularly which every team gets invited to, they also host quiz nights every few months for charity but no sport teams or team bonding activities.
Yes
I already have done my friend is starting on the next LTSB apprenticeship grad bay in 4 days time after being successful in the boot camp and interview process. Just feel like this role is an excellent opportunity and I wanted to help my best friend out.
Take the boot camp and grad bay seriously as it does help so much with the interview process and the easing in to the role itself. Be yourself as well and show your willing to go the extra mile
