Yes I have learnt many skills from soft skills to using programming languages. I have become more proficient in using VBA and python and also my communication and professional skills have been improved.
I enjoy it very much. The work is lovely however the apprenticeship provider for the course releases the modules so slowly. I'd rather have access to them all in the beginning so I can work on them in my free time. In terms of the work and company though I am very happy where I am and with the people I work with
It's well structured and organised. However I personally would prefer to have access to the modules all at the same time so if I do finish early I can plan for the future. Especially as in most of the modules we need to produce evidence and its much easier to obtain that evidence the earlier we know what we need to be evidencing.
My team is amazing and extremely supportive. Even the senior management make time to answer my questions if I have any. The culture is really great and training focused. I have really enjoyed my time here so far.
My coach has been really patient and supportive and always asks if I have any questions about the work. She guides me through and has 6 weekly chats with me about my progress which I really appreciate.
The technical and entry level knowledge that I have learnt from the course has aided in my understanding of the work I do.
Yeah, I have so far joined the Apprentice Ambassador program, the Netball team and will be playing in the Lloyds 7's Womens Rugby Match. I am also part of the early careers network and LGBT network and also the socials committee.
Yes
The atmosphere is so friendly and I really enjoy the support and level of work we get here. I also really love the societies and networks which I have been exposed to whilst working at WTW.
Be honest, be yourself and take on every opportunity and challenge that comes your way.
