I am assistant manager of a pub, this involved team management and management of the business front of house, back of house & office work.
I have developed all of my current skills but also learn a lot of new management techniques to develop my level of work. I have learnt a lot about myself as a person and how I work and am making adjustments to improve
I found it extremely difficult for the first year as I was holding a large site on my own and my mdp took the back step, since having a new trainer I have stability and have been able to progress so much as have really enjoyed my learning
Very well, my trainer is extremely helpful, pushes me in the right direction to understand the online platform which was my biggest challenge as I prefer pen and paper
Minimal but this has improved slightly in recent week
Lots! My trainer has been an amazing support
It has 100% taught me things I didn’t know to improve how I work and I have learnt how to adjust the ways I work for the better
Not really
Yes
Great company to work for, so many learning and development opportunities, always room for growth and progression in your career.
Be yourself!
